Here’s how to set up the App Store on an iPhone and install apps step by step:

✅ 1. Set Up the App Store (if it’s not already set up)

🔹 Sign In to Your Apple ID

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Tap Sign in to your iPhone (at the top).

  3. Enter your Apple ID and password. If you don’t have one, tap “Don’t have an Apple ID or forgot it?” to create a new one.

🔹 Connect to the Internet

  • Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or have mobile data enabled.

🔹 Set Up Payment Method (Optional)

  1. Go to Settings > Your Name > Payment & Shipping.

  2. Add a payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

    • You can skip this if you're only downloading free apps.

✅ 2. Install Apps from the App Store

🔹 Open the App Store

  1. Tap the App Store icon on your home screen.

🔹 Browse or Search

  • Tap “Today”, “Games”, or “Apps” to browse.

  • Or tap Search (bottom right) and enter the name of the app.

🔹 Download and Install

  1. Tap the app you want.

  2. Tap the “Get” button (for free apps) or the price (for paid apps).

  3. Double-click the Side Button or use Face ID/Touch ID to confirm.

✅ 3. Manage Downloaded Apps

  • Installed apps appear on your home screen.

  • To delete an app: Press and hold the icon > Tap Remove App > Delete App.

❗ If You Don’t See the App Store:

  • Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases.

  • Make sure Installing Apps is Allowed.
